Which AI engines does WriteWorks track?
WriteWorks tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and more, with the engines you get depending on your plan.
WriteWorks sends each tracked prompt to a set of AI answer engines so you can see how your brand shows up across them. This article explains which engines are covered and how the list depends on your plan.
The engines each tracked prompt reaches are tied to your plan. Higher plans send every prompt to more engines, giving you a wider view of how you appear across today's major AI answer surfaces. Here is what each plan includes:
- Starter — ChatGPT.
- Growth — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode.
- Enterprise and Agency — all 10 engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI, Brave AI Mode, Grok, Anthropic Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
Every engine's result is stored separately. That means you can filter by platform on any AI Visibility tab and compare how you show up from one engine to the next, rather than seeing a single blended score. As new engines mature, WriteWorks adds them once their APIs and answer surfaces become stable, so your coverage grows over time.
How to see and compare engine results
- Sign in to WriteWorks and open the AI Visibility area.
- Choose any tab, then use the platform filter to select a single engine.
- Switch between engines to compare how your brand appears across each one.
Tip: If you want your prompts sent to more engines, sign in and open Settings, then Billing, then Plans to review the current plans and what each one covers.
