How do I add my brand's domain?
Enter your domain on the first onboarding step — WriteWorks scans it to build your brand profile.
WriteWorks uses your primary domain as the anchor for everything — brand profile, citation tracking, competitor matching. You add it during onboarding, and can change it later in Organisation settings.
Steps
- Open the onboarding flow — click "Resume setup" in the header, or visit /onboarding.
- On Step 1, enter your brand's primary domain in the "Brand domain" field.
- Use the bare domain without protocol or trailing slash. ✓ yourbrand.com ✗ https://www.yourbrand.com/
- We auto-suggest an organisation name from the domain — edit it if it's wrong.
- Continue to the rest of onboarding.
To change it later: Settings → Organisation → update the Domain field and save. This re-anchors competitor matching but doesn't wipe historical scan data.
