A mention is a single AI answer that names your brand, by name or by a configured alias. Mentions are the raw events behind Visibility and Share of Voice.

How it's counted One tracked prompt sent to one engine produces one response; if your brand (or an alias) appears in it, that's one mention. Add aliases in the Brand Hub so nicknames and product names all count.
