I'm not seeing any data on my dashboards.

Most often: onboarding didn't finish, the first scan is still running, or you have no active prompts.

Check, in order

  1. Did onboarding fully complete? The header pill 'Resume setup' disappears once it does.
  2. Has at least one scan run? AI Search Performance → Settings shows the last scan timestamp.
  3. Are there active prompts? Disabled or empty prompt sets produce no data.
  4. Is the next scan still pending? Steady-state scans run daily on every plan; newly added prompts scan immediately.
