What is Share of Voice?
Your slice of all brand mentions in the answers you appear in, versus competitors.
Share of Voice (SoV) is your slice of all brand mentions in the answers you're tracked in. Where Visibility asks "were you mentioned?", SoV asks "of everyone mentioned, how much was you?".
How it's calculated Your mentions ÷ all brand mentions (you + competitors) across every tracked prompt. If an answer names four brands and one is you, that answer contributes 25% to your SoV.
