How do I add extra regions or extra tracked prompts?
Buy extra monitored regions on any plan, or extra tracked prompts on Growth and Enterprise, from the Add-ons section of the Billing page. Change or remove them at any time.
If you need to track more markets or more prompts but do not want to change tier, you can buy add-ons on the Billing page. This article explains the two recurring add-ons, who can buy them and how billing works.
Extra monitored regions let you track your AI visibility in more markets. Each extra region runs the full AI-visibility sweep at your plan's cadence. Every plan includes one region, and the add-on is available on Starter, Growth and Enterprise. You choose how many regions you want, up to 50, and can be billed monthly or yearly where yearly billing is offered. The rate matches your plan.
Extra tracked prompts add prompts beyond your plan's allowance. They are swept across your plan's AI engines at your plan's cadence. This add-on is only available on Growth and Enterprise, is billed yearly, and is bought in steps of 50 with a minimum of 100 prompts.
How to buy or change an add-on
- Open Settings, then Billing, and scroll to Add-ons.
- Find Extra monitored regions or Extra tracked prompts.
- For regions, choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Use the plus and minus buttons to set the total number you want.
- Click Buy regions or Buy prompts. The first purchase opens a secure Stripe checkout.
- To change an existing add-on later, set the new total and click Update quantity. Changes are prorated for the rest of the billing period.
Your extras are activated within a few seconds. Then
- Add your new markets from the map in AI visibility → Regions.
- Add your new prompts in AI visibility → Prompts.
How to remove an add-on
- Open Settings, then Billing, and go to Add-ons.
- Set the quantity to zero and click Remove add-on.
Cancelling your plan cancels both add-ons at the same time, at the end of your billing period, so you are not left paying for extras on a plan you no longer have.
Prices are not listed here because they depend on your plan and billing cycle. The Billing page always shows the current rate before you buy.
Tip: if you need many more prompts or markets, compare the add-on with moving up a tier on the Plans page, as a higher tier may suit you better.
