How do I manage team roles and permissions?
Settings → Organisation → Roles & Permissions. Default roles cover most teams; create custom roles on Pro+.
Built-in roles
Owner — full access including billing. Admin — full access except billing + deleting the org. Editor — can create, edit, and publish content; can view all analytics. Viewer — read-only on every surface.
On Pro and above, you can create custom roles with fine-grained permissions on Settings → Organisation → Roles & Permissions.
