How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the chat widget in the bottom-right or email support@writeworks.ai with reproduction steps.

Open the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right of any dashboard page. Drop the page URL, what you expected, and what happened — screenshots help.

For lower-urgency feature requests, email support@writeworks.ai. Every report goes into the same queue and is triaged daily.
