Why aren't my prompts showing data yet?
First scan usually completes within minutes of finishing onboarding. If you see nothing after an hour, check Settings → Prompts.
Right after onboarding completes, your first scan runs automatically. It typically populates within 1–5 minutes; the dashboard shows a 'scan running' state during that window.
Checklist if you still see nothing after an hour
- Confirm onboarding finished. The "Resume setup" pill in the header disappears once it does.
- Open AI Search Performance → Settings. At least one prompt must be enabled.
- Steady-state scans run daily on every plan — but newly added prompts scan immediately, so a brand-new prompt should populate within minutes.
- Check the scan-status row on AI Search Performance → Settings — if it shows a failure, retry from there.
- If brand analysis itself failed during onboarding (see related article), redo the AI step or set up manually.
