How often does WriteWorks scan?

A scheduled job runs every day and dispatches a daily scan for each brand across every plan — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise.

Each prompt is swept daily across your plan's engines and regions (Starter 1, Growth 2, Enterprise 3). Newly added prompts are scanned right away, so you don't wait for the next daily window to see them.

After a scan completes, the dashboard pill auto-refreshes within 60 seconds. Each brand scan typically takes 1–3 minutes.
